No-bake Cheesecake

This no-bake cheesecake is the perfect treat for those craving something sweet yet healthy. With a light, creamy texture and wholesome ingredients, it’s the ideal guilt-free dessert to enjoy. Easy to make and irresistibly delicious!

Ingredients:
1 cup Nutri-Clusters
200g cup cream cheese
1 tablespoon Greek yoghurt
1 teaspoon vanilla essence
1 tsp lemon juice
Pinch of salt
Strawberries (optional)
Jam (optional)

Method:
1. Blitz the Nutri-Clusters in a food processor and set aside.
2. In a mixing bowl, use a hand mixer to blend together the cream cheese, Greek yoghurt, vanilla extract, lemon juice, and a pinch of salt for one minute.
3. Layer the bottom of the cups with the crushed Nutri-Clusters. Top with the cream cheese mixture. If desired, add a dollop of jam and finish off with the Nutri-Clusters.
4. Refrigerate the cups for at least one hour to allow the cheesecake to set.
